There was no hot water the room was dirty I asked for a pillow and it smelled like body odor. If you have a choice don't stay here all the good reviews are lying or something this place sucks. It was really cold outside and raining and the room wouldn't heat up nor the shower. Terrible place.Noteworthy details: Showers are all cold

Among my top three stays in my recent dozen travel stays. Full sized fridge, kitchenette, actual silverware, plates and glasses. Even the breakfast felt fancy, though I was a little disappointed in the available seating space.

Printer was down, but Mac behind the desk went over and above to assist me in printing my outlines for my meeting this morning. The soda dispensers were out my entire stay, but the customer service and communication never fails.Room was clean, spacious, and Stay Bridge beds are always comfortable.I will be back!

Would leave zero stars if able. Booked a one night stay. Was unable to get there because of a snow storm. Did not get a refund.

They cut corners! I would put 0 (zero) stars if I could.Got in late, went to take a shower only to find out it didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner. Asked front desk if I could get some. Brought up some in a coffee cup. Booked a King Room, but bed was actually a Queen. Lights by bed only had bulbs on bottom, not top, so very dark. Power strip didn’t work on one side of the bed, so husbands phone didn’t charge. Toilet, tub, and floors all were stained. Smell was bad. Then a dog woke us up at 2:30am crying for 2 hours. There was plenty of rooms available at the hotel, why would they put a dog family right next to a family trying to sleep? The dog couldn’t be on the other end???? Heaven forbid! So frustrated. Then I could hear them yell at dog, I could hear them shower and use the bathroom. I wasn’t able to go back to sleep, so cancelled my plans for the morning because I was so tired and frustrated. So my trip wasn’t worth it because I ended up turning around and going home, where I could bath and sleep. But, still had to pay for my stay ?

Very quiet location near a lot of banks but close enough to restaurants and other things, like Crystal Bridges. The rooms in our suite were absolutely amazing; spacious, comfortable beds, everything seemed clean, and outlets were literally everywhere. Only taking one star off because of the lack of any cabinet doors in the kitchen. Not a huge deal for us but seems slightly odd they've been doing construction for what seems like years but couldn't manage to finish cabinets lol. Love that they had Dove soap, lotion, and shampoo though, and while the breakfast was sparse & no one was attempting to refill anything when I went down at 8:30am (ends at 10), I still was able to get some waffles which was good enough for me. TV didn't have a lot of channel options but again, not what we were there for and it's pretty much par for the course at hotels.TLDR: Would recommend & return even with the lack of finishings in the kitchen & scant breakfast.Rooms: We booked it as the two bedroom/two queen on the official website which besides the queens only listed the pull out couch, but I called and was told that one room had two queens, and the other had a king with living space & full kitchen (including stove, toaster, microwave, etc.) separating the two, so it was exactly what we needed for our group. Better deal than getting two separate rooms even at a slightly cheaper hotel. Beside the highway but we were on the opposite side facing away, so we didn't hear anything.Walkability: There is one restaurant across the street, a 7 brew down the way, but everything else is definitely not walkable. Would recommend Uber or driving yourself.

My stay was on Christmas Eve, so a ghost staff is to be expected. But these comments are directed toward physical facilities that were substandard.1. The water heaters were apparently set to "tepid" . . . To save money? Several guests commented, so it wasn't just our room.2. If you aren't going to put ice makers in the fridges in the rooms, at least have some ice trays available. Or common ice machines. This hotel has only one ice machine in the kitchen.3. The door requires a healthy shove just to close. Makes it easy to accidentally leave the room unsecured.I don't expect to be disappointed in a Staybridge Suites hotel . . . but this one needs some work.

We couldn't be more pleased with the hotel. We've stayed at this location in the past and at that point it was a bit rundown but clean with super friendly and helpful employees. We reserved for a week while dealing with a surgery and recovery and have been very happily surprised by the updates and renovations. The attention to detail and design is very obvious and the employees are just as kind as ever. Prices are very fair compared to local averages, especially considering the quality of the hotel now.

I recently stayed a night here with friends. The front staff and kitchen staff I interacted with were super nice. Our room was clean and had everything we could need. I loved having the fitness center right across the hall from me, and it was set up with various dumbbells, a weight bench, a yoga ball, various mats, treadmills and ellipticals, and a standing weight machine. Breakfast was yum with all the hot foods plus Continental type foods. There's an outdoor seating area, too, which is nice for a breath of fresh air. The hotel is located among a few others and within a mile or so from restaurants, shopping, Top Golf, etc... There's also a 7-Brew Coffee basically nextdoor.Walkability: There are sidewalks on both sides of the street. I took a 3-mi walk in the morning! It seems it is at least a mile to get to shopping/food, other than the restaurant across the street, but the sidewalk will safely get you there!

Rooms outdated and missing doors to the cabinets. Requested a wheelchair accessible room but wasn't given one. Requested late check out and was told one time but then was woken up by manager stating they couldn't honor that particular time. Overall, would stay again but owners need to give place some TLC.

Stayed here during renovations and the associates did the best they could to accommodate the chaos. The construction workers have been so kind. The rooms are beautiful now that they have been redone. The front desk knows me by name and I have loved the experience.Rooms: Renovated and clean.
