Zips Car Wash in Marion offers express car wash services and an Unlimited Wash Club at over 275 locations across 24 states. Customers can enjoy free self-serve vacuums and a cashless payment system that accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as ZIPS gift cards. While many customers appreciate the speedy service and friendly staff, some have expressed dissatisfaction with recent changes in the wash process, noting that their vehicles, particularly windshields and rear windows, are not getting clean as they used to. Some customers are considering canceling their memberships due to these issues, despite praising the helpfulness of the staff and the overall customer service experience. Overall, Zips Car Wash aims to provide a fun and efficient car wash experience but may need to address concerns about cleaning effectiveness to retain loyal customers.
Great customer service and support from Benjamin. He got me to become a monthly subscriber and even helped me wipe my car off after. Great care and support from him.

This place is amazing. It’s a wonderful car wash and employees all have a great attitude. Every time I swing through to get my car washed Benjamin is always there to greet me with a smile if I could give this place a 10 star I would.
