“The first time I went in there solo I was a damsel in distress and left a woman on a mission to change her own windshield wipers. ?? empowered. Their help and YouTube I am now a mechanic. The counter crew is just terrific. Can’t beat them and if they don’t have it they can order the right part for you. They have a great crew working the counter and phones! Can’t say enough good about that bunch.”

“Ehi at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Russellville, AR truly went beyond my expectations. He checked my battery and also took the time to help me look at the coolant and oil for my daughter’s car before she went on a trip. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was safe and okay for her to travel. He explained things clearly and never made me feel rushed. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. I really appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile.”
