“Just want to brag on the Verizon Russellville store and their employees. While switching from AT&T with an extremely old phone and switching brands i faced mutliple difficulties. Everyone chipped in to help Eric who sold me the phone, Katie who answered multiple questions and helped port my number, and Cat who helped the transfer. Kenneth who helped when i need to do the 30 day easy returnable phone because the new brand was more than i could take. Corporate gave him conflicting information, but he persisted in helping me. Miguel who helped do the transfer today and Bradley the manager who helped with the transfer again and made sure everything was great. Thank you all for all your help. You all are awesome!”
“I have both optimum internet services and mobile services. I love optimum because it’s affordable and reliable. Any issues I have ever had I was able to quickly resolve by going to the store. The store associate Aaron is very friendly and helpful. I highly suggest him. The other store associates are very friendly and helpful as well. If you are looking to change internet companies or get a cheaper phone plan I high suggest optimum.”
