Was on hold a total of over 1 1/2 hours. I kept getting disconnected. I was calling about wet insulation bundles I had bought! Finally the 7th time calling we ask for the corporate office number and they gave us the wrong number. Asked for the managers name and they hung up on us. This is unacceptable.

I bought a new $600.00 ao Smith hot water heater last Saturday. Had it professionally installed. It doesn't work. They gave me the run around until Monday afternoon then said that I should have brought it back within 48 hours. Now I'm stuck with it. The manager was unfriendly and not helpful.
