“I have not been in this store in several months since my last visit to Salem. Today I went in for medicine and was impressed to see the store cleaned up compared to my last visit. A tall young man named Alex was the only worker I saw. He was multitasking, stocking and also helping customers check out. He was doing both with a great attitude!! I personally saw an older female customer be extremely rude to him during checkout and he handled it very well. He was pleasant and proficient to all the customers, even her. I am happy to see the Salem DG improving the quality of employees as well as the cleanliness and organization of the store.”
