“This bank helped me out tremendously when the local bank that I have used for the last 18 years told me no. I had a business that closed and I received 2 rebate checks made out to the business. The bank with which I had my business account and a separate personal account would not cash the checks because they were made out to the business. For 12 years I had my business account with that bank and a lot of money was ran through that account over the course of doing business. My personal account had been open even longer. So the people at that bank know me well. They refused to cash the checks. I have had other issues with that bank as well and have closed all my accounts with them. If it weren’t for this bank, I would still be sitting on nearly $500 worth of checks.”
