“Often times when I was away from my WiFi I could not access maps, Facebook, google and text messages wouldn’t go through. I went to the Heber Springs, AR store and they were no help at all. Tried to convince me those things only happened when I didn’t have a strong signal but I knew otherwise. Went to the store in Searcy, AR for same problem and he was very helpful, also applying a discount to my bill we didn’t know we were eligible for, but was unable to correct the issue. He gave me a number for customer service where I was helped by Vickie. She went through everything on my phone and noticed I had a data block! Don’t know how it got on there or why! She removed it and so far no more issues with my phone!”

“This Verizon store is absolutely wonderful. The manager Lee is so kind and generous (giving us many discounts just because we waited so long for my previous carrier) and the staff is wonderful. Jonathon did an amazing job answering all of our questions and making sure I got the best but most affordable deal. He also was so kind and asked me about my experience so far in Searcy. Very kind man, and even bought us lunch just because! If you are thinking of switching I highly recommend this store, they get you the most affordable price in no time with the kindest people.”
