“Ok so me and my husband decided that we needed to get new phones and stuff. My sister has at&t so she recommended us to go. She did not tell us to go to a certain store. When we first got ard plan we went to the one on race st in searcy ar. They don't explain much about nothing they just sign you up and don't even tell you everything. They ard nice but that is it. They didnt tell us about the features on are phones we chose or anything. Also they told us we could trade in ard phones and then we couldn't.
Well we got are first bill and it wasn't anywhere close to what they told us it was going to be almost double what they said it was suppose to be. They said we had a month to turn in ard old phones and stuff we said ok sounds good.
Well we were lost my husband aunt told us to go to the one on beebe capps. We'll today we went there and gave them a shot. Everyone is great I didnt even know how to tell them what happened at the other store. They invited us in and pulled are account up told us what we were looking at they fixed everything. The other store sign us up for stuff we didnt even ask for like att cloud and stuff that cost extra. So glad we went to this other att store.
