“I entered Telcoe Federal Credit Union in Sherwood, AR for the first time yesterday, and my experience was nothing short of stellar! Sarah and Lynn were the nicest and most helpful people. They made everything go as seamlessly as possible. My purpose for being there was to refinance my auto loan. The result of the refi was a low interest rate that will take an entire year off of what I was previously paying. This is proof-positive that excellent customer service is alive and kicking!
