“This is an amazing coin shop! It’s truly felt like stepping into an amazing time capsule with so many amazing coins and collections for you to go through! The owner was VERY nice and took the time to chat with me and my father for a while about various coins and local history in the area. He’s a great coin dealer with silver coins at AMAZING values (even better than online) if you know where to look. “Employees at this Michaels store were a breath of fresh air compared to the store located on Markham Street where employees do not work together as a team. These employees they do not let the long line almost stretching outside the door interrupt the flow of shopping, they take charge, show patience when helping the customer, show patience when the customer has questions, are courteous, and display all the “Customer Service” characteristics anyone employed at Michaels should have.The store on Markham Street has employees who should not be working for Michaels Corporation. The manager at this Michaels needs to talk with the one over in Little Rock, describe to them how employees should treat their customers.Thank you for a great shopping experience at this Michaels store.”
“We went on Black Friday and the staff we're attentive and helping people while they waited in line by pulling items/games before they got to the register. Even though they were busy, the cashier took a moment to show his customers grandson how he was checking to make sure the money had received was real. They were quick, but weren't rushing us through the line and had no problem answering questions.”
