“Great customer service and buying experience! I expected to be in the store for 45+ minutes. I was greeted with a friendly welcome from Rick. I immediately explained my pillow concerns and preferences. Within minutes, I had tried out several pillows, and knew what I was going home with! I will definitely recommend this location and be back in the future!”
“The sales members were all very helpful especially Brian. They are knowledgeable about the furniture, delivery process and the financing options. I called to get a status update on my order and the person answering the phone was nice and helpful. We’ll be back when we are making another purchase.”
“Really cool and fun shop! The people who work there are great and super easy to talk to. It's a really hip place, but it has an extremely comfortable and inviting vibe. I can be awkward and shy, but they always make me feel at home. They make really high quality prints, and I've never had a single issue with them in any category. They have tons of fun stuff, and I love checking in to see what's new and fun. Definitely worth a visit!”
“I went in looking for a vase and flowers. I discovered that Sue, which is the owner, does flower arrangements. She took her time out to help me actually pick my flowers and arranged them for me. I'm going back later on to buy a vanity set. Love this store and the people are so very very nice and helpful.”
“Wonderful experience with awesome customer service. Assisted us with choosing the perfect rug to go with our new leather sofa! Many thanks to all the staff! Highly recommend.”
“We always make time to stop into this lovely store! It is huge and filled to the brim with beautiful antiques. I wish their prices would come down a bit because that is the only negative thing I have to say. Beautiful things but way over priced ?????”

“This shop is fun and unique place to shop! You are guaranteed to find some wild and fun things here ranging from home decor and posters, stickers, mugs, t-shirts, and almost anything else between that you can think of. Located in SOMA, there is plenty to do and see around as well.”
“Thank you for your outstanding food and service at the Dedication of the new building for Pinnacle Church of Christ. Every aspect of the job was fantastic. Thank you again for making our big day run smoothly.”
“We had short notice for a painting my daughter did and the gentleman did a fantastic job in a short amount of time! Very much appreciated! Will definitely consider using Louie's in the future.”
“As someone in a power wheelchair, I can tell you how much it means to me that Cynthia is went out of their way to make their store accessible. They actually called me to tell me the changes they made and asked me to come back. So all my friends and wheelchairs for whatever reason buy your fabric and Cynthia they will accommodate you in anyway they can”

“This is a very busy location and the team members work very hard keeping the store stocked and shopable. Very nice associates and even when shorthanded they work hard to get everyone checked out and that the customer leaves happy. Great selection of clothing and accessories for really great prices!”
