“The lady who works there truly goes the extra mile. You always see her busy cleaning, and while I know that's part of her job, she clearly does so much more with genuine care. Her great customer service really stands out. After I went through a tough accident, I felt like my world was falling apart, and just someone smiling at you can make a huge difference and help you believe in kindness again. She was there yesterday when I was with my 6-year-old with long hair, and she was so polite and kind. Honestly, I wanted to give her a hug to thank her for being so sweet.”

“My family has used Freeze for many years to clean couch cushions and upholstery and they have always done an amazing job getting those items back to new condition.I recently unboxed my mom's wedding dress (which my late grandmother handmade) to find it was not properly preserved. It had 40 years of age spots and was the dingiest yellow. I was HEARTBROKEN. Ms. Kamran at the Arkansas Fashion School recommended I bring it to Freeze to see what they could do to save it. I was hesitant to leave the dress at a cleaners, knowing it could easily be ruined and gone forever. When most people would write you off as "its just a dress, calm down," the lady at the front desk took time to tell me what they would try and eased all my stress with her kindness. She assured me it was in good hands and they would see what they could do. Talk about under promising and over delivering! The dress was ready 2 weeks later (exactly what they told me when i dropped it off) and it looks absolutely amazing!! Yolanda, who did the restoration, got every single stain out and brought it back from dingy yellow to a beautiful ecru and all the lace is back to bright white. Its rare to find people who care so much about their work and take such pride in it, she is truly a treasure. I cannot thank Freeze enough for saving my mom's dress and giving me the chance to wear it for my own wedding, THANK YOU!!!!10000/10 Recommend!! If you need a precious garment saved, I would drive several hours to bring it to Freeze because of the quality of their work.Services: Pet stain & odor removal”

“personable, friendly and received an email a day early that dry cleaning ready! been using them for a little over 10 years and have never had any issues but friendly, timely service!”
“Neighborhood laundromat...the attendant doesn't enforce the rules. People hang out, using the wifi and the restroom, panhandling...the washers and dryers work. The attendant usually starts cleaning up too early, he even mops with people inside, making for a possible accident.”
“Attendant was cleaning the whole time we were there. Very nice place. We as Truck drivers that have to just stop in whenever needed it's really appreciated.”
“My pleasure It's a Great place to wash quiet,no disturbance and etc. Mainly very friendly and helpful Just open your mouth Rather it's directions from there or however..”
“Moose Cleaners is a very nice and clean, I from Texas and I needed a shirt pressed for a funeral quickly one of the associates name Joe took the shirt and 5 minutes later had me walking out the door, I highly recommend Moose Cleaners.”
“Miss Kay and her crew are on point when it comes to drop of laundry service! I've done disaster restoration all over the country, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Miss Kay and her crew are the best. She worked with me and made sure our crew had the terry towels, mop heads, contract labor vests and shirts and personal laundry ready everyday. There were days I dropped off a 100 pounds a day of lau dry (dried) and Miss Kay had it ready every day. Kudos to Miss Kay and her crew! By the way, her price is WAY to reasonable. Miss Kay and her crew God love ya for making my job easier in Little Rock for 30 days! I saved your number in my phone and I'll see ya when I see ya. Lol. God bless”
“They closed right before my husband had to pick up all his suits for our trip that we leave at 4am. The after hours was AMAZING and was able to help us. This will be the only cleaners we use from now on. Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!”
“I brought in my veil and was in a rush to get it done. They took care of it in less than 15 minutes. Amazing service and very friendly. I’ve been here before and they’ve been great every time.”
“I had a wool coat that needed a ton of tlc since my kids decided to hide it in the garage without my knowledge. Shinn cleaners made it look brand new!! Now I will be ready when the cold weather hits!!”
“Machine was out of order, took my money. They sent me my money back in the mail... Very nice and well kept might want to consider new machines investment in future. Great service.”
“The owner is awesome!! I had an issue with the drive thru because I pulled in too far. The owner happened to be there and reset it for me and helped me get my car washed. Highly recommend!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Moose Cleaners and their amazing owner! Last Saturday was prom and we had a little hiccup because my daughter’s boyfriend did not make it to the cleaners before they closed to pick up his suit. Even though it was after business hours, Joe immediately responded to my message and rushed back to Sherwood so the kids would have what they needed, thereby saving the day and preventing a complete prom disaster! We will never forget this amazing act of kindness and will be customers for life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”
