“My first review was super positive and 5 stars because a few months ago we rented a unit and it all went smoothly and everything was wonderful. Today I rented another unit remotely, paid over the phone and got the receipt because we were going to get into town after their office hours. We got to the unit and it was locked and we were unable to access it to unload the moving truck. We will now have to pay over $100 to keep the moving truck an extra day. To say I am less than pleased and frustrated is an understatement.
Update - The owners/managers went out of town and the assistant forgot to pull the locks. They were very apologetic the next morning and I realize mistakes happen as frustrating as they are sometimes. Changing the review back to 5 stars instead of 3 because they did own up to their mistake and said they would make it right.”

“Inside the store, they were great.However, the app pick up has never worked for me. It’s confusing and I consider myself a tech savvy person. If the store were not open when I did my pick ups, I would have been very upset with my U-Haul experience.”
