“I am a fan of red wing boots and on a return trip home from a road job in North Dakota, I stopped by to check out Walters store and get his opinion on some red wing boots I had purchased up north. He was very helpful and a super nice guy. He took time to measure my feet, check out my boots and was very knowledgeable about everything boot related and gave me great advise. I had also read reviews on his magic wool socks and decided I would try a pair. I didn’t think much of it, because I have many other wool socks, but the socks I bought from Mr. Walter were different. They were super comfortable, (cozy as my wife says) they kept my feet from feeling sweaty all day working in the hot Louisiana sun, and felt dry at the end of the day. They cushioned my feet like no other sock I have ever worn. When I take my boots off now, i leave my socks on because they feel so nice, even after being stuffed into my 877’s all day. I now feel like every other wool sock I ever put on was a Chinese made counterfeit piggybacking off the name of the socks he sells. They instantly became my favorite pair of socks and I had my wife wash them over and over for the last couple of weeks so I could keep wearing them. Anyway, I couldn’t keep that up so I called and asked for 5 more pairs and Mr Walter took my payment over the phone and three days later I got my socks in the mail! It’s not that far from Arkansas to Louisiana, but he obviously shipped them right away and I couldn’t be happier with my socks or Mr Walter’s service. Thank you Mr Walter for all your help. Having comfortable feet at the end of a 12 hour shift for such an awesome price truly means a lot to this old pipefitter. I look forward to my next trip up the country and will make sure to stop by for some more socks and maybe even another pair of boots!!!”
“Excellent store located in Park Plaza Mall, Little Rock, AR. The clothing at Eddie Bauer is consistently excellent. The owner at this store is very nice and helpful. The employees are always pleasant and helpful too. Pro tip for people that life in central AR and want to buy online from Eddie Bauer. The store in LR can't stock absolutely everything, but they can place your online order for you. There's no shipping cost when done this way and it helps keep the brick and mortar store in business. Returns can also be done at the store so no hassle of having to do return shipping.”
“On the outside, it seems too small to have anything you might need. On the inside, it’s like the TARDIS of hiking and camping supplies - way bigger than you expected, and filled to the rafters with everything outdoors. The staff it helpful and friendly, and you can buy the things you see today and drive away with it rather than wait for [evil internet source] to ship 2-3 days. Prices are good. Location is easy to find. You might get challenged by parking on Kavanaugh, but this is worth the trip.”
“Hayley was super helpful in helping me find some good shoes at a reasonable price. Didn't immediately offer me the most expensive shoe. Just gave me a range of shoes to choose from to best fit my style. Excellent customer service.”
“I love the selection of items and the amount of sales items available too. I am not overly excited about new item pricing. Seems a bit high for my simple, average budget.Store personel don't hover. They don't offer assistance either. So if you need help, you may have to seek someone's help. Good luck with the worker shortage.”
“UPDATE: over a year later and the inserts were the best thing I've bought for my feet and body.He spent time to find the right fit and i was able to exchange 1 insert if it hurt, within the week. My back and legs are so much better after using the inserts I bought here. I am going to buy some more with my FSA by the end of the year.”

“Absolute wonderful experience. I wish I’d gotten the gentleman’s name that helped my son find a perfect fitting tux and convinced him mom was right on a couple things. Made what I was worried would be a long, frustrating search for his first tux a breeze.”

“You will never find another store that has YOUR SIZE. Jean Jacket has always had what I was looking for but most importantly, they have stock. Most stores don't have the stock to keep many sizes. They offer a wide variety of Kicks for the whole family. I also love the fashion, clothes, professional and courteous service they always provide. If they don't have it, they will get it. I will definitely be coming back.”
“Best customer service in the entire mall! The other stores in this mall seem unenthused with customer traffic but this staff really makes you feel welcome and wants to help you find what you're looking for whether it be in store, another store or even online! Tim is the store manager and he particularly makes the experience a fun time, balancing shoes on his head as he walks back out of the stock room, cracking witty remarks..HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION”

“I liked this store it was convenient location for me while i was looking for a outfit needing to get my manicure eye brows arched pick up a few miscellaneous items from the hair store a few snacks from the store getting some gas for my car oh and paying my phone bill all while needeing some shoes for a night out on the town with my husband. I only had 2 hours before our date started. So to walk in the door and spot my shoes just to discover they didn't have my size was disappointing lol but if they had my size would have been EVERYTHING! Very convenient location like a one STOP parking lot... Staff was helpful kinda of bland but overall they was their ;)”

“My go to for sports equipment and more! They had everything I set out to purchase and more. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because my most recent shopping experience was interesting. The cashier tried overcharging us twice and seemed like she was on something. I'll be sure to avoid her lane in the future if she's still there.”
