“My wife and I came to Rock City Running for the first time today after we finished a small race in North Little Rock earlier in the morning.
I’ve been running for about two years and she’s been running for about a year.
Right away I met Brett and asked him his opinion on my current running shoe based on how my foot is striking. He thought my Brooks Ghost 17’s were doing a good job for me.
My wife and I shopped and found a ton of things that piqued our interest…some things we took home with us…some things we left to entice us back to the shop again in the future.
We also stopped and had a great conversation with Bill, the owner. He was a really kind and interesting guy that knows how to make a mean cup of eggnog! I enjoyed visiting with him about running and just the history of his time in business.
I don’t know why exactly I’ve decided to enjoy running..but I know that places like Rock City Running…kind…warm…welcoming places sure add something special to this pursuit.
Go see them. I’m glad we did and we look forward to going back soon.”
“Came to Foot Solutions with sore feet, having been to a foot doctor and a couple other shoe stores without success. Mike at Foot Solutions did a thorough analysis of my feet and came up with a set of inserts for my shoes that completely solved my problem almost immediately. If you have foot problems I highly recommend giving Foot Solutions a try. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I stopped by to get my first ballet shoes. I explained to the man who helped me that I signed up to take an adult beginning ballet class through Ballet Arkansas, and I needed some ballet shoes. He asked for my normal shoe size and quickly brought me some of the throw away socks and a pair of ballet shoes to try on. As I was trying them on, I told him that I wasn't sure how they should fit, and he explained that they should feel like a sock. They fit perfectly. He was kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to this amazing store.”
“I purchased the grand remix ox black which can be polished but has a tennis shoe bottom. I walked in and Kevin immediately greeted me. He has excellent customer service skills and is genuine. He shows he cares for his customers from his first encounter. I told him what I wanted. He showed me various options and did not rush the sale. I was impressed all the way around with him and the store. I had never heard of this brand and was referred by my future employer. I am a tour and charter bus driver and understand exceptional wow quality customer service. Kevin excelled in this. He is a natural.”
“Dolce was a refreshing date. It's hard enough finding nice clothes for your boys. Considering i can out of $138 for a full suit for my oldest son was pretty impressive. I'd love to find better prices but until then I'll continue to go here if my boys need any type of suit.”

Michael, specifically was the one most helpful, and another Michael, the manager was helpful as well. “If you’re looking for a custom suit for an upcoming event, this is a great place to make it happen. They offer stylish suits and elegant shoes that truly help you stand out. I wore one of their custom suits to a birthday party, and it received many compliments throughout the night.
Even though I was out of state, people kept asking where I had my suit made. Eudger, the manager, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. His communication was excellent, and he made sure my needs were understood and met throughout the process. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality custom suit and great customer service.”
“In a world today where customer service is hard to find, I want to really brag on Leah from Famous feet the outlets! She went above and beyond, noticing a spot on the shoes before we purchased them, and Leah, checked for another pair and when she figured out that was the last pair she cleaned the shoe and by this time it was already past at closing time! Most wouldn’t even have mentioned the spot and punched us out the door, but she did not and made us feel she was happy to do it!”
“Very friendly staff and somewhat helpful. Challenging to find certain styles/sizes because they're aren't necessarily grouped together,, but scattered over the shelves. I assume it's due to customers and staff was trying to organize it while I was there.”

“Dax was very helpful. He suggested not to wear cotton socks because they caused blisters. The socks he led me to buy were more comfortable than cotton socks. He was very nice and courteous and knowledgeable.”
“UPDATE 2: 10/15 — It has been 3 weeks since the exchange and I am back to having 1 of the pairs having memory foam loss. 2nd pair, same style , same issue in the same locations inside the shoe.
I called and spoke to Amber again, we decided to not get that style anymore due to defects. I will update again after I go over and exchange for a different style.
UPDATE 1: Amber was so awesome, I could not asked for better Customer Service. I went to the Outlets here in Little Rock and Amber exchanged the 2 defective pairs for 2 brand new pairs. We will see how the shoes hold up. KUDOS to Amber. Thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. I appreciate you and the staff. I will update this post again in 2 months.
Shoes have terrible quality. Less than 2 months owning 3 pairs 2 of the 3 have pairs have pieces coming off the insole. I will never buy another pair again. I suggest people DO NOT BUY SKETCHERS. AGAIN DO NOT BUY SKETCHERS. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
“I visited DXL in Little Rock recently and received excellent service from saleswoman Sheira. It can often be difficult shopping for big men, and it is hard to find salespeople who are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their job, but Sheira was professional and very helpful. I needed a business suit on short notice for upcoming job interviews and I received everything that I needed at an affordable price. I was out of the store within an hour. I am not great at shopping but Sheira was able to explain what would look more professional and appropriate for an interview. I will very likely be returning to DXL when I need more professional attire. I strongly recommend!”

“Visited this athletic apparel store during a trip to the Little Rock area. The store was clean, well-stocked, and the staff we encountered were all friendly. The store does offer some good prices on the apparel and footwear that they offer and you can get additional discounts and earn rewards by signing up with Under Armour and using the app. It is smaller than some other locations I have visited but they still have the same sections of the store. Not a bad place to get athletic apparel.”

The other stores in this mall seem unenthused with customer traffic but this staff really makes you feel welcome and wants to help you find what you're looking for whether it be in store, another store or even online! Tim is the store manager and he particularly makes the experience a fun time, balancing shoes on his head as he walks back out of the stock room, cracking witty remarks..HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION”

“I liked this store it was convenient location for me while i was looking for a outfit needing to get my manicure eye brows arched pick up a few miscellaneous items from the hair store a few snacks from the store getting some gas for my car oh and paying my phone bill all while needeing some shoes for a night out on the town with my husband. I only had 2 hours before our date started. So to walk in the door and spot my shoes just to discover they didn't have my size was disappointing lol but if they had my size would have been EVERYTHING! Very convenient location like a one STOP parking lot... Staff was helpful kinda of bland but overall they was their ;)”

“Amazing store with amazing products and Killer customer service. I highly recommend Fleet feet if you’re looking for shoes. I’ve never gotten a 3-D scan before but was able to do that and get all the information about my feet Sam, who was helping me ask great questions and was not pushy at all. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
