But the prices were fair, they were honest, and they kept their promises. When I was ordering a relatively expensive item a few months back I wanted their input on the best choices and if what I had selected was a good choice or if they would recommend something else. However, getting anyone to offer an opinion or advice was not just tough, it just wasn't coming no matter how I asked or what I said.Again, if you know just want you to want they will treat you fairly and honestly, that's better than most places where you leave wondering if you were ripped off or lied to. “I cannot say, enough Good things, about Doug O'Kelly!! I called him one day, when my Honda's brake lights wouldn't go off; he told me, to disconnect my Battery, until I could bring it in. He said, it was a brake switch; & he changes them, all the Time. I brought my Honda, to his shop; & it took him, probably 10 minutes to change it. Better, yet...Get This...He didn't even charge me!! I have found, my New Auto Maintenance person, highly recommend him!!”
