Towing in Siloam Springs, AR

“I got a few things fixed on Bessie, the 2011 Subaru from hell. They located the pile leak in oil pan fixed it fixed all the problems with the new used enginr that were causing error codes and making all the dash lights blink fixed those. They guided
They talked me out of installing an OEM stereo and instead recommended an Android unit with Apple CarPlay. That turned out to be a great decision—I’m very happy with it.

They also took care of several issues with my vehicle. They fixed an oil leak, diagnosed and resolved the engine warning lights, and corrected a problem with my windshield washer system. The front and rear washer lines had been installed incorrectly when the reservoir was replaced by a body shop, causing the washers to operate in reverse. They found the issue and fixed it.

Throughout the process, they were patient and made sure I understood all of my options before moving forward with any work. They explained what they found, what needed attention, and what could wait, allowing me to make informed decisions without feeling pressured.

I especially appreciated that they threw in a few small fixes at no charge and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before returning the vehicle.

Trust is important when choosing a shop, and these folks earned mine. I have to trust the people working on my vehicle, and I genuinely felt they were honest and straightforward. Sometimes your instincts are all you have to go by, and my gut tells me they’re a trustworthy shop that takes pride in their work. I would gladly bring my vehicle back and recommend them to others.”

“They did an excellent job repairing my 2020 Ford Explorer ST. The work was impeccable and done in reasonable amount of time. They were also extremely responsive when I had any questions or concerns. My insurance covered the repairs and there were no problems with the cost.”
