“Rex at Osbourn's is the fella you need to see for any and all starter needs. Hands down! Great service, great guy, they have earned me as a customer for life”
“Awesome people. They are super fair on pricing and do their best to help. And do a quality job. I would recommend buying a Porsche just to bring it to these amazing folks.”
“Kerry’s Paint and Body did an incredible job on my 87 Grand Wagoneer. They stripped off all the old paint and took the time to remove any imperfections before repainting, and the final finish is unbelievably clean. It is so smooth and glossy it reflects like a mirror.
They were also great to work with on the custom color. They offered thoughtful ideas and expert advice that helped dial in exactly the look I was going for. You can tell they really care about getting the details right.
They went above and beyond on the extra work too. They installed new side mirrors, replaced weather stripping, and painted the door jambs so it looks amazing from every angle. They even painted the metal on a custom mirror I brought in to match the car, and it looks like it has always belonged there.
Abiel was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. TJ was very professional and just as great to deal with.
I would highly recommend Kerry’s Paint and Body to anyone in Northwest Arkansas. It is hard to find shops willing to take on older vehicles that are not just garage show cars, and deliver this level of craftsmanship.”
“After experiencing 2 shattered truck windows, windshield last summer and passenger door window this past week, I am very thankful that Siloam Glass is around.
Talk about professional service, my appointments for both replacements were immediate. Their pricing and quality of work, which comes with a 1 year warranty, was Outstanding.
I will not hesitate to use their services again in the future if needed (hopefully not, knock on wood).”
“They did an excellent job repairing my 2020 Ford Explorer ST. The work was impeccable and done in reasonable amount of time. They were also extremely responsive when I had any questions or concerns. My insurance covered the repairs and there were no problems with the cost.”

“I got a few things fixed on Bessie, the 2011 Subaru from hell. They located the pile leak in oil pan fixed it fixed all the problems with the new used enginr that were causing error codes and making all the dash lights blink fixed those. They guided
They talked me out of installing an OEM stereo and instead recommended an Android unit with Apple CarPlay. That turned out to be a great decision—I’m very happy with it.
They also took care of several issues with my vehicle. They fixed an oil leak, diagnosed and resolved the engine warning lights, and corrected a problem with my windshield washer system. The front and rear washer lines had been installed incorrectly when the reservoir was replaced by a body shop, causing the washers to operate in reverse. They found the issue and fixed it.
Throughout the process, they were patient and made sure I understood all of my options before moving forward with any work. They explained what they found, what needed attention, and what could wait, allowing me to make informed decisions without feeling pressured.
I especially appreciated that they threw in a few small fixes at no charge and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before returning the vehicle.
Trust is important when choosing a shop, and these folks earned mine. I have to trust the people working on my vehicle, and I genuinely felt they were honest and straightforward. Sometimes your instincts are all you have to go by, and my gut tells me they’re a trustworthy shop that takes pride in their work. I would gladly bring my vehicle back and recommend them to others.”
“I had to have my car towed here after hours (not knowing anything about them except they were open on Saturdays and that’s when I’d need to pick up). They got to my vehicle fast and didn’t try to add on anything not needed, just fixed the problem the simplest way. Professional and communicated about my vehicle quickly as well. I will use them again.”
“I Purchased a used 2018 Volkswagen GTI here, and couldn't be happier. This was my first time purchasing a "new" car and Billy Dunn, my sales man made the process comfortable and easy. I have history as a Volkswagen technician, and the car is immaculate and was well represented in their ad, as well as pictures. Normal stuff coming to dealer add ons with warranties and stuff, but they were honest, everything was explained well, and process was easy. Once again, I can't say enough about Billy, very honest, and stand up guy, He alleviated My stress about the process and really made things a breeze.”
“Have gotten my oil changed here for the last 4 years, and I’ve always had a great experience! Everyone is so friendly, the service is quick, and the prices are affordable. Highly recommend!”

“This is the fourth visit here for a pickup and once for a delivery. Pickups are on north side of the building, delivery on the south side. Like others have said they're is a lounge, showers, parking, and free coffee, ice, and water.
