“Rented this storage unit online 5/9/2019, easy peasy! I also setup autopayments at that time, set it & forget it, one less thing to do or worry about each month. Everything was perfect, not one problem for 2 years and 5 months.. UNTIL, 10/5/2021, when they switched owners everything went haywire for many months (with autopay, codes, fees, etc).. All has been straightened out and running smooth again. Love this storage unit setup”
