We were able to factor in real differences in quality, longevity, durability, value and the selection is pretty vast. We went with a maple hardwood that wasn't available anywhere else. Randall personally followed up with arrival time and install information so we never had to worry or follow up ourselves. We appreciated that as we have busy lives ourselves. Thank you!”

“Giving five stars because of a stellar customer experience I had due to the employees Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie. They were all incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly. If I was a metaphor of a fish out of water in this store: Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie were the three handed saint that guided this floundering trout back to safe waters. I prithee all three of those distinguished folks deserve a dollar per hour raise! NAY, a two dollar per hour raise! Each and every one of them.Without Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie's assistance I'd probably give a four star review, maybe a three point five. The institution was fine, not bad.”

“purchased a washer dryer set almost a month ago the end of 2021. received the wrong set. have spoken to Mike R & Mike Rutledge, the manager, Jared-he tried- & Austin without any help. I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been. Highly disappointing & feeling stuck. hHow do I trust they'll refund my money in a timely manner? since getting the correct product seems to be too difficult to ask... #homedepot”

“Helpful and friendly employees. We had stopped by Lowes prior, and needed employee assistance to cut some lengths of chain. It took the staff at Home Depot maybe 5 minutes tops to track down the correct person to help and get our chains cut. The employees at Lowes, however, never assisted after asking 3 separate employees and waiting for them to "find someone," whom they never returned with.Night and day difference- go to this Home Depot if you value your time.”

The hardware, electrical and plumbing stock at this store has taken a nose dive over the past few years and the inventory they do have is jumbled and mixed up making what you need hard to find, if they have it at all. The associates don't know where things in these departments are either if out of place.”
