“We give NCC high marks as we've been completely satisfied with multiple projects they have done for us. We recently had them replace our kitchen countertops and backsplash and we were very pleased with everything. From Sarah in sales to the installers Cole and Dan everyone was a pleasure to work with. This company is great to deal with and they aim to make sure everything is just as you want it.”
“Only giving it a five star because of how much I hate Home Depot. Everything about them sucks compared to Lowes. Management here is much more professional, workers actually TRY and help you, and I got out of here as swiftly as possible. F$@:! Home Depot”
“5 star from me.
Rebecca will do what she can to take care of you. They are incredibly friendly staff and have just about anything you need/want.
My situation was a long one but rest assured - I can't say enough good things about the customer service at this Springdale location. If you're like me and reviews matter - this location deserves your business and will take care of you if something goes wrong.
Thank you again, Rebecca!”
“We were picking up items not available at our local store, the associates were so helpful to pull the items when our local store called to make sure they had them in stock. (bath tub surrounds) they were waiting for us at the customer service e desk.”

“Emcar did such a great job with replacing my island counter! They were easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. I LOVE the black granite they helped me pick out!”
