Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Springdale, AR Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with some employees being extremely courteous and making great suggestions. The facility is clean. However, experiences can vary. Some customers report extremely pleased service, while others note disappointing customer service lately, including an apparent lack of knowledge on policies. There can be issues with pickup orders, such as damaged items despite website stock claims. The companies used for warranty repairs are incredibly slow.
We were picking up items not available at our local store, the associates were so helpful to pull the items when our local store called to make sure they had them in stock. (bath tub surrounds) they were waiting for us at the customer service e desk.
