Bought a tankless water heater paid to have it installed it has a bad circut board . Lowes will not do returns on these. Called tech support they are sending the part to repair it free . However the plumber does not do this kind of work and electrician does not either. So i am gonna do it myself which voids anything else that goes wrong with it. Lowes has been no help. 1300 bucks prob down the drain. No hot water fr 8 days now. Thanks Lowes. Update. To ur response to call the 800 number kept me on the phone with them fr 79 min. All was done was i was put in contact with tech support again. They are sending me the parts to repair. I had asked them why they wont replace and they said they would rather repair it. Keep in mind no hot water fr over 20 days now. Been renting motel rooms not to stay in but to shower in. I will update later to see if these parts fix it.

First we order $5000 worth of carpet and install people destroy my brand new paint and tear up my trim all to install the wrong carpet in my house. For 2 months we get the run around on getting the right carpet delivered and installed which still hasnt happened. Against our better judgment we decide to buy a new cook stove from lowes and have it delivered and the delivery guys show up and talk to my wife through the doorbell camera and agree to leave the stove on the porch then just leave without unloading our stove! Insanity. Im done buying stuff from lowes. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your home improvment needs!

They have bad customer service and the manager of this store doesn’t show respect to the clients. I would not recommend this store with my contractors.

On Saturday at 2 PM, I placed an order through the Lowe’s app for same-day delivery. At 6:30 PM, I contacted customer service to confirm the arrival of my order. The representative consulted with the fulfillment manager, who assured me that all items had been prepared and would be delivered that evening, no later than 9 PM. I emphasized the importance of timely delivery due to scheduled home renovations the following morning. The representative affirmed that the delivery would indeed occur. However, the delivery did not take place as promised.
The following morning, I contacted customer service again and was informed that my order was being processed by the Fayetteville Lowe’s, and that I should direct my inquiries there. Upon contacting the Fayetteville store, I was informed that the order appeared to have been ready for delivery the previous evening around 7 PM, yet it was not dispatched. The customer service representative at the Fayetteville location seemed surprised that the delivery was intended for the previous night. She indicated that the order might either be picked up at 9:30 AM or delivered to my residence by the same time, though she was uncertain about which would occur, wishing me "good luck."
As a result, I am without the necessary supplies due to Lowe’s failure to deliver. Consequently, I must purchase the required materials myself. This situation is exceedingly disappointing. It raises the question of why same-day delivery is offered if it cannot be reliably executed.

Came in this evening to pick out a Christmas tree. In a time when good customer service is hard to come by, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Samuel! He was extremely courteous and helpful. Made great suggestions, helped trim the tree, wheeled it out to my vehicle and helped me tie and secure it! From beginning to end he had a great attitude and I'm thankful I ran into him today. Thanks again Sam!

Tried to buy some flooring. They had our measurements from an earlier estimate. I was told to come back later. I stated that I wanted to just start over. They could come re-measure if they have to. I said I just want to buy this flooring and get the ball rolling. He again told me I would have to come back later. This guy was way more interested in stacking tile than helping a customer! What kind of customer service is that??
I want to add that Martine was very helpful and sympathetic to our plight. She tried to step in and help but was not experienced in flooring quotes etc. she was awesome! The guy who did have experience ignored her and my wife and I. He was awful!
