“I recently took my wife’s iPhone 14 Pro to HG Cellular for water damage, and they did a fantastic job. When I dropped the phone off, they were very upfront about the risks, explaining that with water damage, you never know what the outcome will be. They left the decision completely up to me without any pressure to move forward.
Once the repair was complete, they thoroughly explained the condition of the phone, noting some internal corrosion and warning that issues might arise in the future. However, as of now, the phone is working great with no signs of problems. Their communication was excellent, and the pricing was very fair compared to other repair shops I called.
They also offer a range of services, including phone, tablet, and computer repair, plus sales of new and used devices and accessories. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for tech repairs or accessories!”

He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. It is refreshing and enjoyable to see he is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) as there are other places where they claim to be bilingual only to find out that the employees aren't fully bilingual or they don't like to speak Spanish. Both my husband and I are bilingual but Spanish is our first language.”
