“I recently took my wife’s iPhone 14 Pro to HG Cellular for water damage, and they did a fantastic job. When I dropped the phone off, they were very upfront about the risks, explaining that with water damage, you never know what the outcome will be. They left the decision completely up to me without any pressure to move forward.
Once the repair was complete, they thoroughly explained the condition of the phone, noting some internal corrosion and warning that issues might arise in the future. However, as of now, the phone is working great with no signs of problems. Their communication was excellent, and the pricing was very fair compared to other repair shops I called.
They also offer a range of services, including phone, tablet, and computer repair, plus sales of new and used devices and accessories. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for tech repairs or accessories!”
“Forgot The Representative That Helped Me But She Had Pink And Blonde Hair, I Believe She Was Hispanic, Either Way Besides The Point. She did very good in what I was wanting and explaining the difference to my questions , then stayed after hours just to make sure my needs were met. Although I forgot her name she went above and beyond to help me out! Definitely recommend!”

“Have had Boost Mobile for well over 5 years. Have been extremely pleased with the service. Considering its a smaller mobile company haven't had any real big issues with the phones or service. The only time I didn't have service was in South Arkansas where it's pretty remote but I expected that. Affordable phones and decent selection so I'm happy with them and will be staying for a while. If your looking for a bigger selection or a quality of cell service that never loses signal then you need a bigger carrier like AT&T or Sprint but if your looking for decent and affordable this is a great company. I pay a little over 110 a month for 4 phones (mine, my hubby's, and 2 kids) and we are all pleased with our service. I don't give the last star only because I have to drive 2 towns over to get to the nearest store.”

“The young lady was very nice but when I asked which phone was newer she had no clue. One thing for sure when a customer has been with you for years something like this shouldn't happen. They should know what new phones came out or at least know which is the newest one. I spend to much money with boost especially having them since I was 18 and I'm 32. But she was sweet so that's why I rated 4 stars”

“ATT&T is blessed to have employees like Sebastian, not only did he helped us with the reason for our visit, he actually answered every single question we had. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. It is refreshing and enjoyable to see he is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) as there are other places where they claim to be bilingual only to find out that the employees aren't fully bilingual or they don't like to speak Spanish. Both my husband and I are bilingual but Spanish is our first language.”
