About Ozark Regional Transit
Ozark Regional Transit was a pleasant experience. The drivers were friendly and awesome, and the service was great. Able to book a ride on the new on demand program, the app will claim no availability and the buses not always full. Long waiting periods at some stops, but the transit was on time and got to work on time. The customer service was good and helpful, and the driver waited for us. Overall the experience was good and will consider using again.

I've used to service on multiple occasions. They've always been on time if I was able to book a ride on their new on demand program. However I missed her dedicated routes. At least I knew that I would get to work on time then. This new service doesn't always guarantee a ride

My daughters and I used this public transit for the first time ever in NWA. It was a pleasant experience. We rode to the mall, the driver was friendly, and waited for us. Definitely will consider using Ozark Regional Transit again.
