“Hertz customer service was fantastic. The dealership I was coming from was an hour late dropping me off and I was going to be late to work. When I arrived at Hertz, the two gentleman working immediately took care of my rental with urgency and quality. They had the car waiting right outside of the front door, keys in the ignition and AC on. I was in and out of there in 2 minutes and able to make it to work on time. Highly recommend!”
