We went through Palen for our daughter's beginner band flute! They have been absolutely fantastic!We will be going through them again when it is time to do any upgrades for her! Highly recommend!

Joel did an incredible job fixing my daughter's flute. His expertise was obvious, and it made me feel at ease. Everyone at Palen was delightful, and I will definitely return.

I just moved to NWA and was referred to Corey Divine in their repair shop when I had a loose rotor on my horn. Corey has since been my go-to guy for any and all problems I've had, and has always been tremendously professional and courteous! NWA brass players are lucky to have him.
