I moved my prescriptions here solely *because* of the level of excellence the whole team provides. Doesn't hurt I was able to save some $$ here too but even then, they're my preferred spot to go!”

“This Sam's club offers different items not available at other locations, which is nice! It is extremely clean and everyone was helpful. I got home and realized I had left a few items in my cart and about an hour and a half later when I returned, only one of the two items were found outside where I left them. I stood at the return desk and spoke to Jamie and she helped make it right with some great customer service. Jamie went out of her way when she didn't have to, I really appreciate her and I will for sure be returning to this location due to the grade level of customer service.”

He doesn't rush you and he'll take as long as it takes for you to be clear about what you need to do and if you have any issues to contact him or if you have any reactions to any medication he will totally work with you and work with your doctor. “Genoa has been our pharmacy for many years. I’ve two children on several meds each. Their school requires individual day packs and Genoa provides that. Plus they bring them directly to the school next door for me.I’ve always been treated above and beyond and always with a smile. During covid, they even offered to ship the meds to my home. I didn’t ask, they offered. They’ve made my life so much easier. I appreciate the whole team. In my opinion (and I’ve had business with a few pharmacies) they are the best.”

“Came to get two vaccines and I’m a weak one when it comes to needles. Would like to specially call out pharmacist Carl who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of well. He spoke to me and asked me questions to avoid passing out and when I started to feel like I was, he sat there with me, grabbed me a bottle of water and then still sat with me. His boss however, running the pharmacy, was pretty rude about him taking the time to take care of me, the customer, because that meant he couldn’t man the drive through line. Carl should be promoted to the managers position in my opinion. He did a much better job of taking care of their customer than his manager did or even tried. I’ll be a repeat customer as long as Carl is behind the counter. Thanks Carl!”
“Review is for their Pharmacy. The pharmacist and personnel are extremely polite, helpful, and fast. I've many times experienced having my prescriptions filled at wal Mart to be a pain. It takes forever, they're so busy I'm just another customer. I still go because it's convenient, affordable, and I'm a wal Mart fan. This Neighborhood market location it was complete different. I was sent here because my typical location was out. They were a bit warmer from the greeting to the final fill and each step between, even with issues of not having the prescription sent to them yet. The best part is, it's still very convenient, probably even more convenient now! For prescriptions, this is my store!”

“I’ll never use a chain pharmacy ever again. I already only use “mom and pop” locally owned pharmacies, I try to use local whenever possible but for pharmacies I’ll ONLY go local. I’ve tried 4 or 5 locally owned pharmacies over the years and Westside takes 1st place every time! They know me, my medical history, what’s worked for me in the past, and the wait is almost nonexistent. I can hand them a script (not that we use paper scripts much these days anyways but for the sake of this one example, I had a paper script from the ER one particular day), I didn’t want to get out of the car so I used the drive through, fully loaded expecting them to ask me to pull around until I got a “it’s ready” text. After a minute or so and no request to pull around, I asked if they’d like me to pull around so they could help the car behind me, and John (who I’m fairly certain is the owner but he’s an amazing pharmacist), “nope, we’ve got you ready right here”. There have been times when my provider called in a medication that would cost me $100 out of pocket, so my pharmacist called my provider, my provider switched me to something comparable and I paid a copay of $4, instead of $100. He probably would have made more money giving me the more expensive medication, but they put their patients first and are SO EASY to work with.
And if they are busy, their shop is SO CUTE and has the best scented candles, I love walking into the shop because of how good it smells in there. I’ve bought several items from the shop for myself as well as gifts for others. Between the cute gifts and the cards, you’re going to find SOMETHING you just have to have!!
I sort of want to gate keep Westside because they’re so so fast and amazing, but I also want to leave an honest review and shout from the rooftops how amazing this little place is!!!”
