The hotel has friendly people and is close to a bowling alley, Murphy Park, Burger King, Sonic, and a taco place. Some rooms need upgrading and repairing, such as the bathroom shower ceiling. The staff is prompt, polite, and accommodating. They take pride in their establishment and are neighborly and gracious. Some guests find the beds a little small, but overall, the hotel is alright.

Room checked into had no mini refrigerator so I had to moved to another room which the TV was not working so I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Springdale AR.

It is a very peaceful place with the BEST owners. They are very friendly!!
