“Coby is the best! He’s helped me a few times and has always been so kind and today I showed up just a few minutes before closing and he was so patient and helpful even last minute on a Friday! Thanks Coby!”

“I went on a Saturday morning. The gentleman at the counter at the time was very helpful. I just moved here so I don't have a problem with the mail service, but I hope I never have to miss a piece of mail as some of the reviews here suggest.”
“Everyone there is helpful, willing to answer any questions you may have, and they always have the supplies you need to mail or ship something out. Cassandra and the entire team at this post office are the best. Five Stars all day.”
“I walked in as they opened and was immediately assisted; I had a total of 11 packages and I was out the door in 10 minutes. This is the first open post office close to my house, so I love that they are so efficient!”
“I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!”

“They are very through, when solving any problem you present to them, with due diligence, providing you with, means to accomplish tasks, if it is requiring there assistance, going above and beyond to acomidate you, with a cheerful demeanor, while you are there, taking care of every day business, maintaining a clean environment, always open on time, provide reference material to cope with any changes which might be taking place at there establishment, offers to hold your mail for 2 days if you have a package due to arrive, so there is no need to stress over the little stuff, when you know you will not be available to sign for it, because of some unforseen issue that arises!”
“They do have a couple of the most professional friendly people ive ever had the pleasure in which to become acquainted. Two bad eggs do not spoil the entire dozen. Allthough...
Well, it is still the best post office around here.”
“I regularly drop off multiple eBay packages at this location, always before closing time and always with a printed acceptance form. Sometimes the acceptance form gets scanned, sometimes it doesn’t — and even when it is, that form only confirms the drop-off, not the acceptance of each individual package. This inconsistency creates major problems for online sellers like myself. eBay requires packages to show an acceptance scan the same day they’re dropped off. When the post office fails to scan them, it looks like I never shipped the order on time, resulting in “late shipment” defects, unhappy buyers, and unnecessary time spent responding to “where is my package?” messages — all because the tracking shows no movement until the parcel reaches its next destination days later. I understand this is a busy location, and I don’t expect every package to be hand-scanned at the counter while a long line waits. But USPS policy clearly states that packages should be scanned upon acceptance and when they enter transit. Right now, they’re simply being dropped in a bin and sent out unscanned, which defeats the entire purpose of having tracking numbers.
Please, for the sake of small business owners who rely on USPS for daily shipping, ensure that all dropped-off packages receive proper acceptance scans the day they are received. Reliable scanning isn’t just a convenience — it’s essential for our business operations and customer satisfaction.”

“I was hesitant to ship out a package from this location due to the poor reviews but I went anyway.
I didn’t have a pre printed or self service label but the woman at the front (Nelly) got me squared away quickly and was very polite! Two thumbs up!”
“Connor was so helpful I have been chasing a package that was suppose to be delivered in June . I live in Conway it's so sad my own post office in Conway didn't offer any help and they were rude . Connor sent an email for me and made sure I was taken care of praying that they find my package and it is delivered to me safely .”
“When I visited there the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The inside is also very neat and tidy with envelopes and boxes. There is ample parking space as well.”
