“I walked in as they opened and was immediately assisted; I had a total of 11 packages and I was out the door in 10 minutes. This is the first open post office close to my house, so I love that they are so efficient!”

“I enjoy trusting my mail to the Huron Post Office. They are a friendly, courteous, efficient personnel. BUT, the parking lot today was immensely disappointing. I could not get into the first entrance because I slid all over the place backwards. Finally, the second entrance was a little better and here I go slip-sliding away and had to park wherever I could. The staff was so helpful but looked worried and said they were concerned about their parking lot, too. On the way out the door, I fell slightly forward because of sliding catching my self with my hands. Why had this roller rink post office parking lot issue not been addressed? It is not salted and ploughed or even shoveled! It was immensely disappointing! And dangerous. The businesses across the street and a nearby restaurant were cleared and worked on. Please someone ir something help our beloved post office.

The time frame is now May 2026. I live near the Huron Post Office and enjoy the helpful personnel when I conduct business. What concerns me is how the Post Office looks on the outside related to trash in the shrubberies, a dead bush, and some if of dark mold on the concrete area that looks filthy. What has happened here? Who is responsible for mowing and trimming and cleaning the concrete? I could not stand this as I looked it over. Please go and look over this situation when you need to conduct business or are driving by. Otherwise, I plan to continue to do business there primarily due to how I am treated by the personnel. I do hope we can find a politician to help with this concern. Thank you for making this available to express a concern. I will pray for the nice personnel who work there related to how the building looks on the outside. ??”

“I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!”

“They do have a couple of the most professional friendly people ive ever had the pleasure in which to become acquainted. Two bad eggs do not spoil the entire dozen. Allthough...
Well, it is still the best post office around here.”

“I regularly drop off multiple eBay packages at this location, always before closing time and always with a printed acceptance form. Sometimes the acceptance form gets scanned, sometimes it doesn’t — and even when it is, that form only confirms the drop-off, not the acceptance of each individual package. This inconsistency creates major problems for online sellers like myself. eBay requires packages to show an acceptance scan the same day they’re dropped off. When the post office fails to scan them, it looks like I never shipped the order on time, resulting in “late shipment” defects, unhappy buyers, and unnecessary time spent responding to “where is my package?” messages — all because the tracking shows no movement until the parcel reaches its next destination days later. I understand this is a busy location, and I don’t expect every package to be hand-scanned at the counter while a long line waits. But USPS policy clearly states that packages should be scanned upon acceptance and when they enter transit. Right now, they’re simply being dropped in a bin and sent out unscanned, which defeats the entire purpose of having tracking numbers.
Please, for the sake of small business owners who rely on USPS for daily shipping, ensure that all dropped-off packages receive proper acceptance scans the day they are received. Reliable scanning isn’t just a convenience — it’s essential for our business operations and customer satisfaction.”

“I was hesitant to ship out a package from this location due to the poor reviews but I went anyway.

I didn’t have a pre printed or self service label but the woman at the front (Nelly) got me squared away quickly and was very polite! Two thumbs up!”

“Connor was so helpful I have been chasing a package that was suppose to be delivered in June . I live in Conway it's so sad my own post office in Conway didn't offer any help and they were rude . Connor sent an email for me and made sure I was taken care of praying that they find my package and it is delivered to me safely .”
