“Came here because the reviews were almost perfect! And I can definitely see why! I’ve never experienced such good hospitality in a shop like that especially in Texarkana. Matt Rodney and curly took care of us, I had to bring my 10 month old with me and they were all so sweet to him even turning on bluey on the tv for my son and turning it up when they started working on the car. They listened to what we wanted and explained professionally and kindly what they were doing, concerns, suggestions, etc. 10/10 experience great people all around and loved the results on the car! And reasonable price for the work we got done!”

“Fantastic service, went to multiple shops for front end trouble with my truck, spent $800 and never got it fixed. I heard about Thompson through some personal friends that were mechanics and they highly recommended Thompson. I called and got an appointment. You do have to be patient about your appointment he runs 2 to 3 weeks wait.He is a one man show. I brought it in and expecting another big bill, he called me about 3 hours later and explained what he found and fixed it. My bill was $99.00 this man knows what he is doing, very very pleased with everything, you need to try him out you won't be sorry!!!!”
“The rear AC in my vehicle was blowing hot air and my center console cooler box quit blowing cold air, too. I called Mr. Taylor to make an appointment and was pleased to hear that he would get it fixed for me the same day! A gentleman got right to work when I got there so I just waited, and less than an hour later I was driving home with cold AC and cooler! I didn’t bat an eye at the price either. Will do business again!”
“Our truck broke down on Saturday and we had to get a tow truck to bring us into a motel to wait till Monday to find a service station. We called Adams automotive and they were able to get us right in. They found the problem and fixed it the next day and we were back on the road. We would highly recommend this place. Greg and Olen and their team were very kind, helpful and went the extra mile to help us with rides back and forth to our motel. Thank you again God Bless you all.”

“Big thank-you to Salesman Chris McGuire who went above and beyond helping me today. My car pulled hard right when steering wheel was let go. Tire was messed up. He fixed me up. Also a big thank you to Technician Derrick Pollins for his hard work needed to help fix it. He did an oil change, alignment and replaced tires. They are all very friendly and do their best to help. Reason I came back A+++++ service and very clean.”
