“We were on a road trip when one of our tires suddenly started losing air in Texarkana. We Googled the nearest reputable tire shop and found Mavis Tire, about 12 minutes away. They got us in right away and had us back on the road in under an hour. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the problem and found that the tire was leaking because of an issue with the valve stem. They replaced it, made sure everything was good to go, and got us safely back on our way. We truly appreciated the fast service, professionalism, and great customer care. Highly recommend this location, especially if you find yourself needing tire service while traveling through Texarkana!”

I got my car back several days before promised and they even cleaned out the inside even though I didn't get a chance to really get anything out before having to drop it off! They are honest and straightforward with prices and the amount of time it will take. But then they call days before expected saying I can come get my car!”

Not only did he just happen to be there, he and his lovely wife took time out of their Saturday to fix our Ford Truck. Not only did he fix it right then, he didn’t charge us, and he took time away from his time with his family to help get us home safely. Top notch human being right there.”

“I never write reviews, but after the experience I had here, I needed to come and give them 5 stars. My car broke down on the side of the interstate early into a 15 hour drive and no auto shops would even take a look at it. I could tell Anderson's was busy too, as cars were packed in the parking lot. But they got me in right away and it ended up being a simple issue that took little time to fix. If they wouldn't have taken me in, I would have been stuck in the area over the weekend. Very down to earth, kind people that know what they're doing. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank y'all again for saving me in a rough patch !”

“Jeff and the staff at Sid's Auto are one-of-a-kind. The type of people that would give their shirt off their back to help someone in need. Jeff saw that I was in a bad spot, and lent me a helping hand on multiple things. Diagnosing the engine problems, letting me crash in his parking lot for a few days while I figured my life out, and even staying after hours to help me put my vehicle on a truck. Fast response times, honest work, and expertise is the name of their game. Definitely check them out for preventative work, or when you're in a bind.”
