I dropped my Rav 4 off Thursday night to have a set of brake pads installed and got a text message Friday morning my vehicle was ready and done! Oh, I forgot to say that the expense was less than expected! Thank you for the quick service and only doing the work necessary ?”
“We were on a road trip when one of our tires suddenly started losing air in Texarkana. We Googled the nearest reputable tire shop and found Mavis Tire, about 12 minutes away.
They got us in right away and had us back on the road in under an hour. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the problem and found that the tire was leaking because of an issue with the valve stem. They replaced it, made sure everything was good to go, and got us safely back on our way.
We truly appreciated the fast service, professionalism, and great customer care. Highly recommend this location, especially if you find yourself needing tire service while traveling through Texarkana!”

“came in to get my A/C looked at because the compressor wouldn't come on. they diagnosed it as a leak, did a dye test, and got it fixed for only $570 within two visits. Really satisfied and happy that they didn't up sell me on new parts i didn't need. just a couple bad o-rings and some new refrigerant.
oh and they are very communicative even over email, i asked for quotes on prices, discussed my problems, and everything and was given clear concise answers every step of the way.”

“We were travel from Houston to MO and had a panel come loose on our car below the engine. Custom Car Care was 3 miles away. They fixed us up with a bolt to reattach the panel to the car. Customer service was top notch. And they took care of us with smiles and a 30 minute detour. Highly recommend this shop as they were so kind to help us out on our trip.”
