“Best hotel I have stayed in thus far. Staff was very nice, accommodating, and helpful. They helped me become a member and I will always look for their hotels first. Room was very nice and clean requests were answered quickly, it was very quiet and safe. Most hotels in Texarkana are old and outdated but this hotel was the opposite. I will definitely stay everytime I visit home. If you are looking for clean and updated, this is where you need to stay.”

“Got a great deal for $44 online and after 10 hours on the road this was exactly what we needed. Friendly service, a comfy room, and right next to a grocery store. This is not a 5 star hotel but it was a safe, comfortable place for us to rest while traveling.Safety: I felt safe here with my partner.”

“The bed was ok but the room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. There was a trashcan full of trash in the closet from the last person, there was a refrigerator that needed defrosted that had spilled food stuck to it. Crumbs of food around the refrigerator, needed vacuumed. It was nice other than that. The front desk lady was nice and gave me the online price when I couldn’t get signed into the app. Didn’t have time to try the breakfast. The hotel was quiet besides the occasional guest slamming doors when leaving. There is a Dennys right next door which was helpful but h@!! a expensive!”

“I came here because the hot tub at the hotel I booked wasn't working. I called and asked, and it was supposed to be working here. Well, guess what?? Lol. Even though it was very hot, it was not working. I still went in and stayed cause it was warm at least. Also, it needs to get checked because the caps are not on, and that thing left a mark on my back when it tried to sucked me into the tub. The evening lady was very kind. Front young girl in the morning was ok. "Manager," on the other hand, has no empathy. I requested a late check out. No doable by hotel policies. Understandable. However, they thought it was ok to come knock on my door at exactly 10:28 to see if I had left. Check-out time is 11. No excuse for this to happen. I've been to every state and stayed with IHG hotels multiple times and this experience was disappointing.”

“This place had a lot of negative reviews in the past. October 4, 2022 I am staying in the hotel. For the price “that is cheap” it’s A good deal. There were no roaches, everything was clean although old but you can tell that the establishment is trying. In the pictures you’ll see that they are adding new mattresses and new furnishings to the rooms to try to make it better. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. If you Live on a budget like I do , this is not a bad place to stay. Rodney”

“Diana at the customer service desk was so very caring, I explained how my husband was ill and we needed a room ASAP, and she was very tentative to my needs! Actually all the staff at this location was very kind! I've stayed at numerous hotels and this is definitely by far one I would come back too a 100 times! I highly recommend this establishment! Oh and, I love the free breakfast they had a very good choice menu to pick from! A must visit place! ?Rooms: Very clean rooms and fair prices! I love the fact that checkout was at noon I was able to enjoy my stay & sleep without being rushed so early!Food & drinks: The free breakfast was great and the choices to pick from was excellent!”
