“We have had a very bad snow storm. I had to work at the local emergency department (I’m an RN) and live of 30 minutes out and Maggie made our stay above and beyond! So polite and helpful and her attitude shows how dedicated she is to serving her customers. I truly can’t say enough nice things about Maggie and this hotel but she. Is truly the best. As a first responder it truly means the world being shown appreciation and she did just that. So I want to show her appreciation by letting you know if you stay here for any other reason than how nice the property is it would be the customer service! Seriously she is the best. Thank you so much. We will stay here from now on.”

“Rooms are dated and probably the most uncomfortable sofa ever made. The staff are absolutely awesome except housekeeping unfortunate to say, never had left towels on the floor and them not be taken away. The food is very good with good sized portions. Would have been 5* if my account hadn't been such a muck up. That being said Cassidy rectified it. Restaurant, Kitchen and bar staff are top notch, friendly engaging and attentive. But you need some regular tea bags for us foreigners 😉 Pool area is great as is the grounds around the hotel for walking your dogos. The hotel is very dog friendly. Thank you, we'll be back after your upgrades .”

“This place is nice. They've redone the rooms to replicate a efficiency apartment and did a great job. They're are alot of sight seeing historical places close by for the history buffs.”

4601 Cowhorn Creek Road, Texarkana TX 75503
“Very well lit parking lot with plenty of parking. Very courteous staff. Had a bit of an issue with a door key but that was taken care of very very quickly. AC unit in the room was a bit temperamental but eventually got the job done. Window blinds didn't quite reach the bottom of the window so that was very nice parking lot lights bled through a little bit at night. Comfortable beds and pillows. Shower worked very well. Towels were probably 3.5 out of 5. Breakfast was edible.”

“Cute and quiet when I stayed here. The air conditioner is high and in the closet, took a while to cool the room. The fridge was off, so I can not review that. There was only one 120v outlet in the room. There are two 240v outlets! No outlet was grounded, so electric car charging is not available. There is a public fast charger just two blocks away at city hall, by the monument”

“This place was amazing!! I wish I could give more stars for service but 5 is all they allow. First, the lady driving the shuttle, AMAZING!!! So nice, drove safe and definitely knows where she is going. The lady that checked me in, poor girl lol had to deal with me over and over. I forgot this, I need quarters lol. She was just as amazing as the driver. The house keeping ladies very professional!! Did an amazing job!!! Now the hotel was great! Quiet, spotless and the pool look so inviting but I didn't have time to swim. I didn't get breakfast cause I chose sleep over food lol. Thanks again to the lady who allowed me to grab a cup of orange juice before I left. Only down fall was the washer and dryers. The washer didn't spin so my clothes were soaked and the dryer didn't dry so great. But I just dried them 2 rounds and layed a few shirts out and they were dry. Hopefully they can work on that. I hope I dont have to come back, my truck broke down and had to stay there while it was getting fixed. BUT if I do have to come back, you bet I will stay there again!! Also Red Lobster in the parking lot 5 stars also food was amazing.”

“What can I say but it's a wonderful place to stay for little day/night date fun, long stay for work, or single & family vacation. They have a bistro that had plenty of variety ,gym for a great workout, Pool for a nice swim, lobby for eating & work, free wifi plus peaks and benefits on stays. In a big bonus it's close to everything and housekeepers (Shuanda &LaShawn just my favs+few more) keep it clean and sanitized (tipping is optional bt I do to say a lil ty) because soon as you walk-in you feel like you transported to a home away from home.”

819 West 7th Street, Texarkana TX 75501
“Hi this is the current half owner of the motel. The review you see below this one and many of the negative comments are to be rethought. The bug problem has been addressed years ago, bugs are nature, if a door is left open and is contaminated, then it will be addressed. The comment below has been a customer that had been disrespectful already to which left a bad review.”

“The service is the best I've ever seen, everyone is very kind. It's that kind of service you can only get in a small town, where people remember your name and are happy to see you! It is in an excellent location, located right at the heart of Texarkana! Rooms are very clean and SO spacious! Will definitely come back!”
