“2 years ago I moved into a house with a Central Vaccum unit that needed some love because the power came on, but would not work. I was in the attic and happened to notice a cracked pipe.We got it working with Jason’s help by giving us a free PVC elbow, even though I was ready to pay.We got it working but then realized this year that the brush was not working. Jason assisted my wife and took the time to educate us on proper use care and maintenance. We actually replaced the hose, brush and hardwood floor attachments yesterday and excitedly vacuumed our entire house last night.We have had two distinctly separate experiences a year apart and would highly recommend them.”

“ETA: This store is still going strong in the customer service department, ten years later. I can buy almost everything they offer somewhere else, but I go here because I know I'll get competent, friendly help. Recently, Laurel in paint has gone WAY above and beyond, in addition to being wildly familiar with paint products, their behavior under various conditions, applications, etc. A+++++. This Home Depot on Joyce in Fayetteville has some of the best customer service of any store I have ever been to. We have been doing a major remodel, and the people in this store go out of their way to be friendly, attentive, and helpful. Art (flooring,) Aimee and Paul (paint,) Gina Doss and Teri (customer service,) and everyone else in this store are outstanding! We have never had any problems with our numerous purchases, special orders and returns. It is like night and day compared to the Lowe's that is closer to our house. I cannot say enough about how much these people have helped us. THANK YOU.”

“My family visited Home Depot on Friday night in search of flooring and paint. We walked in and got a cart to put my kids in and started on our search. We were greeted multiple times when we walked in. 2 minutes after we walked in, we had a young Home Depot employee approach us with different cart, because he saw us in the front of the store without a fun racing cart for the kids. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back because of the friendliness and helpful employees that made our trip so much more enjoyable! We didn't even have to find employees to help us, they were already looking for us to help!”
