“I have a 2018 Honda CR-V and in January my A/C had ceased to function. I brought my car in for service to Honda of Fayetteville, where it was improperly and not diagnosed at all. I was told the engine was too small for the engine compartment and that's just part of my model. For five months after the initial diagnosis, I had no A/C. I found HondaPro Honda-Acura while searching online, and I was able to make a next-day appointment. When I brought my car in, the staff were super nice and my car was serviced and diagnosed quickly. Turns out some parts that were under warranty needed to be replaced. I wouldn't have gotten this figured out if it wasn't for the help of HondaPro Honda-Acura!”

NAPA auto parts counter personnel doesn't make me wait for them to answer 5 phone calls about antifreeze and batteries. They value the sale standing in front of them. Extra cost is not that expensive if you leave with what you came for! Almost every car part store don't carry everything ON HAND/HAVE TO ORDER. The other stores are a Walmart equivalent in auto parts.”
