“I have an Excursion that needed the full back side vent glass replaced and I went everywhere trying to get it done for 2 years. Every body shop and Safelight I went to told me that they don’t make the part anymore and that I should check with junkyards and EBay. In desperation, I went to Bentonville Glass to see if I could just get SOMETHING to cover the gaping hole other than a hideous tarp. I asked if they could just cut a piece of glass to put in there. They couldn’t help but said if I found the part on EBay they’d be happy to install it for me. **Shoutout to Bentonville Glass!!** THANKFULLY, a lady at Bentonville Glass referred me to Matt at Auto Appearance Group. I immediately called Matt, he text me his address and told me to come out so he could shrink wrap the hole while he tried to find the part. Within the hour, the gaping side vent hole was shrink wrapped and he had a part on the way to fix it! Within 3 days I had new glass, and they had cleaned up all the muck and gunk from Gorilla Tape getting baked on from tarping it for so long. I will recommend Auto Appearance Group to everyone I possibly can! Matt and Jose get a 10/10 on superior service, customer care, and excellent work!”
“Before choosing an auto shop, I got estimates from many places in town. Premier was by far the most reasonably price & customer service oriented. Kevin, the owner, took the time to personally give me an estimate, walked me through what all it included & answered all of my questions. When calling to schedule, on a Friday, they were able to put me on the books for Monday. I was told a turn around time of 5-6 days & my car was completed in 4 days. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company involved & I didn’t have to worry about any of the details because they handled everything. Upon pickup, my car looks brand new. I am incredibly satisfied with their quality of work, customer service & timeliness. This is a place that truly cares about fixing your vehicle to the highest of standards. “I had a Bendix trailer valve go bad. A friend of mine referred me to Chris Flores in Springdale Arkansas at the Rush Truck Center. Within one hour, he had an excellent tech by the name of Colt come out to Avoca AR where I was broke down at.
The entire transaction was perfect. Colt diagnosed it perfectly. We ordered the parts called me as soon as they came in. Was there within another hour and had me fixed ready to go again. “After bringing my vehicle to 3 other auto shops to try and diagnose an issue I was having, I finally went to Country Club Auto and they were able to diagnose the root cause of my alignment issues and the cost to repair everything came in significantly less than any of the quotes that were provided by the other shops. They handled everything very professionally and the communication was great. Would definitely recommend to friends and will be using them in the future if the need arises. Also, they are just off the greenway so its also convenient to bike to and from instead of having to rely on a rideshare or burden friends.”
