“Shopped at chain stores and have had horrible experiences. Not so at Midland Furniture! Daniel and Terry were super pleasant. No pressure at all. They said hi and let us browse. Family owned as it turns out and it’s evident. We ended up buying from them and it was their low pressure and being a family business that convinced us. Didn’t hurt that we fell for one of the living room sets on their show floor either though. Oh, and they delivered since we were in town. Will shop there again when the time comes! “My husband and I got a mattress from Royal December 31, 2022. We were very excited about it as I’ve had several issues with my back hurting from the old mattress. The new mattress was finally at our home. Come September/October 2023 (not even a full year) the mattress had been showing signs of wear.. Ruts where we slept, and the mattress itself was slanted. I reached out to Robert at Royal to discuss other options.. and he helped get the problem fixed in a VERY quick manner. He was awesome to work with and so easy to talk to. Turns out the mattress we had was one of the last ones they had in store because the company wasn’t making that kind anymore (obviously for issues we experienced i’m sure). But within 4-6 days, Robert let us know that our warranty was most definitely valid, the issues were recognized by the supplier and we could come in and pick out a new mattress. We now have an AMAZING mattress, of high quality and so comfy. took a couple of days to get it a bit softer but it’s great. Robert recommended this one and said he even had the same one at his home. Overall, what could have been a very bad experience was made so much easier and better because of the awesome customer service the owner and Robert had with us. We are grateful for the support we got and for them standing behind their product. Thank you Royal Mattress!”
