Thomas and the staff at this location were amazing - knowledgable and helped me through the whole process from moving from ATT to T-Mobile. I am now saving over 100 per month and got 2 new phones! Great job! I highly recommend them!

Jess was extremely rude to me, terrible customer service. I came in to check why my bill had an extra charge on it and she refused to help me. I had to go to another store for them to tell me it was for an extra Netflix plan. I love the company and service, but I will not be going back to this store.
