“This is where I always come for an oil change. The price is reasonable and it’s always pretty quick. I never have a problem but I did have a small leak after I left this last time (due to an old gasket, not their error). I called them to ask about it and they repaired it at no extra cost to me. I have also had brakes replaced here. They will continue to have my business.”

“I had been having strange noises coming from the front end and a very rough ride. I took my 2006 Trailblazer to a couple of places for diagnostics and wound up at Goodyear. They checked and said it was upper and lower control arm issues on both sides and that they needed to be replaced. They also said it was not safe to drive. This was in contrast to another place that said it was just ball joints needed pressing and it was safe to drive. After the repairs were made, Jeff showed me the control arms and where the issue was. Why the other 'reputable' shop told me otherwise, I do not know. Anyway, they were definitely in bad shape. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and were very professional. My old Trailblazer now rides like new. Thank you, Goodyear!”

The day my car was taken to the shop my autistic daughter was along with me. While waiting She became a little overstimulated & fussy, the ladies in the office brought out toys to keep her occupied while I handled some things. During the repair process they did an excellent job at keeping me updated on what was going on with my vehicle, when parts would arrive & my expected finished date. They delivered great customer service & made me feel reassured even in a stressful situation . I can’t see myself ever going anywhere else for my car service/repairs.”
