I've read all kind of reviews about this place and I was prepared for everything. To make the matter worse, my guy was late for his apt, which was set for 1pm. Got there at 5pm, got a door at 5:01pm, loaded by 6pm. I don't know what else to say, speechless. These guys are phenomenal.
