I live in Memphis, within 5 miles of at least 2 other kroger locations, however I go to this location intentionally. The city of Memphis locations are a nightmare, but this location is at least TRYING to save the the kroger brand around here by being decent people. This shouldn't be an exception but it is.

When you have a digital coupon for the store and they won't honor it and say well that must be for Memphis not here, that just isn't right. It happens time and time again at West Memphis Kroger's!

I was in a couple of weeks ago and the lady and man were in produce stocking and they both were very helpful and friendly to us! It's rare to see that these days and I'm very thankful for them!
