Kroger is a one-stop shop offering thousands of food and household products. The store has a variety of everything and is usually pretty nice inside, with several restaurants. However, it is often overcrowded and packed, leading to extremely long lines and a headache of parking. There are not enough open registers, so self-checkout is common, though sometimes a few are out. The security presence makes some feel safer, as the parking lot can be super sketchy. The staff is usually friendly, and the app has really good digital coupon deals, but problems with keeping items in stock persist.
Absolutely ridiculous the employees admit to being so short staffed that they can't even open the money service area other than a couple hours a day. Lines are always closed other than a few machines. This Kroger is ridiculous

Do not visit this Kroger. Terrible staff, horribly stocked, worst parking lot and they do not honor their hours, Kroger does not care. Save yourself, do not give your money to businesses that don’t care about quality of service. This Kroger should be closed
