Customers find what they need and want real fast with helpful, good attitude service. However, the parking lot needs work, with concerns about litter, debris, pieces of wood, and trash. The property's maintenance requires improvement, including the HVAC system, as some businesses have been without air conditioning, and the condition of the exterior north-facing wall.
