This strip houses businesses our community depends on. The owners of this property need to do a better job maintaining their hvac system, monitoring the condition of their parking lot and exterior north-facing wall, and keeping the parking lot free of litter and debris. Two businesses I visit frequently are without air conditioning (in 92-degree weather) and have been for two weeks now. Please take care of these businesses so they can take care of you.
