“I have a piece of mail (certified letter)scheduled for redelivery yesterday and through the confusion NICE lady had arranged for it to be here today. Well it again wasn't redelivered. Please help me get this mail before it's too late.
Edit: the supervisor made this lady happy-ier... delivered it.”
