The office is located on the Main Street Trolley. It is popular for tourists, office workers, seniors, and Downtown residents. I regularly use and would highly recommend.”

“I had a very nice experience at this post office on both occasions that I made a visit.I recently moved into the area and needed a P. O. Box. The first service agent last week was very pleasant, and informed me that the system was being updated. Therefore, I was advised to return the following Tuesday.Upon my return, I was created with a smile by the service agent, a different person than the first visit. This agent was also friendly and polite. She set up my P. O Box purchase and made sure I knew where my new box is located. Then she advised me to check the key of my assigned box for entry access.Before checking the keys to make sure they worked, the agent informed me that if I need further assistance she would be happy to assist me.I was very happy to receive good customer service from both agents that assisted me. I recently moved from Southaven, MS where I also had a P. O. Box. The service agents there made me feel like family. So the warm welcome here in Memphis, made me feel very good about the transition!”

“Dismayed that others have had bad acknowled. My box was relocated (involuntarily as a former Airport P O Box holder) to this location. Other than someone's they are not fully staffed during some busy times (only one postal clerk with a longer of more than five), I absolutley love the staff. Ms. McGhee is personable, efficient and diligent, Ms. Johnson should try out for Open Mike night at Chuckles; she's a hoot! My all time fave USPS staff were at the downtown location before it closed. Holiday City is a close 2nd!”

“I'm not a frequent customer but I have been going to them for help about 30 or more years. We have had so many awesome hard carrier workers in those years. I understand they sort their own mail for their route, If that isn't done right your mail will be messed up. If that happens just call them or the 800# and let them know. We are very happy with our long time carrier, Josh. We are a lot alike, if we going to do it we do it right! And I know many others do as well.”
