Post office hours are not followed. They refused to run certified mail if it is brought in after 4pm. Only civil person is Josh. All others lack any active customer service expression

My mail carrier consistently runs as late as 4-6 pm. This has been going on long before the holidays so that is not an excuse. We have to check our mail three and four times a day, and even then we don't know when it is delivered. I have also seen mail carrier run on Sundays. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Does not know how to calculate commercial rates and also follow basic policy of the difference being charged for any errors.
