“Jessica and her husband, kids and dog are amazing!! I've been a long time customer since they started on Pats lane. From day one they have always been welcoming, friendly, caring ,fair, honest and just all around the coolest family you could meet. They are the only bin store in time that we'll make suryou are satisfied with your purchases ir they will make it right. They have great inventory and I end up spending more money than I need to because the deals are too good to pass on. Best bargain store in town is The Family Flips, you won't find better service even their workers are the friendliest in any store in Conway. If you haven't gave them a chance before do it now you won't regret it.I still love this store! I don't get to shop there as much due to my work schedule but when I go I always fond great deals!”
“Stopped by not too long ago, a little timid because I’m new to fitness and fitness nutrition. Dude at the counter (didn’t catch a name) recommended a great protein powder that could reasonably be used as a meal replacement when I’m unable to properly eat (not anorexic mind you, I just work a job where sometimes meal breaks are difficult to get when the cafeteria is open. I’m also stretched a bit on money so I needed a healthier cheap option than chips and dip).The powder recommended to me doesn’t even have that protein taste that I’ve found some to have and I personally dislike. I also grabbed a shaker bottle so I can mix it, which I wound up getting for free, and I was given a sample of a different brand. Didn’t really like the sample one, but that’s what samples are for, to test it out and see if it sticks, without wasting a whole container.Overall wonderful experience, and as soon as my next paycheck hits I’ll be headed back.”
“Went there today and the personnel was really polite. We discovered a gorgeous wooden filing cabinet at a very reasonable price. The staff helped us sign up for the free membership, which allowed us to receive 15% off our initial purchase. They also offered the military discount and i was able to stack coupons and get 25% off my order. Highly recommend, special thanks to personnel in the GoArmy lanyard.”

“They have the essentials and always have what I need (ok one time they were out of milk). Sometimes there is a rush of people in there and they usually only have a couple of checkers so there may be a line.”

“I came inside this store today to grab some batteries and opened the pack to realize I had gotten the wrong batteries and the guy behind the counter helped me out to swap them back out even though I had opened them that was nice csuse they wad expensive and too the store was very clean wonder customer service!”

“Amazing bin store with several good deals. In fact, my girlfriend and I frequently wait for hours outside before BBs opens in order to find some good steals. We actually found our entire excellent bedclothes set from here for only $30. My only critique is the “good items” shelf. I understand that it is to stop violence from occurring in the bin area; however, part of the fun we have in bin stores is the search.”

“I always go to this store when visiting my Mom in Conway. It's usually okay as far as product availability, staff, and price is the same as any other store. This time I noticed that the parking lot was heavily littered with trash, and certain items were very low stock wise. They didn't have very many varieties of chips in stock, which is mainly what I went for. It was New Years day, so I'm sure they had quite a lot of shoppers coming to in to get things for their celebrations and whatnot. It is also kind of frustrating that their self-check station only accepts cards, cash customers just have to wait in line. It's not a bad store, just needs a little more cleaning and stocking. I'll keep shopping here when I'm in town, just because it's more convenient than Walmart.”
